We only to take Information which is relevant to deliver the service required. We only operate in a Business to Business area. We have never been, or do not intend to be a hard sell or cold calling-based organisation. We prefer to work on referrals and to build long-term relationships and working with happy Clients. We do however, like to keep our clients up to date with any key changes to our services/panel or other related information. Sometimes we work with trusted collaboration parties, and on these occasions, we may need to share relevant information for delivery only (not marketing purposes). On these occasions, our process includes your consent by a signed mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement to ensure your data is confidential. It authorises that we may only share relevant data with them, and that which is required to deliver advice or the project/service we are delivering.

We record information on secure Cloud based solutions with strict permissions for individual users access and security protocols and for which we have carried out our own due diligence.

Zoho CRM – Customer Relationship Management Hub and Secure Email Hosting

We use Zoho CRM as one central hub along with associated integrated applications. Its primary function is to enable us to run our day to day business for new enquiries, prospects and clients. We may also use this information to inform you about the progress of your delivery of services and to update you on general communications.

Zoho Books to manage our contracts and Accounts (for sending out engagement confirmations, invoices and tracking receipts)

Zoho Projects for effective job management, and to minimise the flow of emails to help with security.

Zoho Campaigns – we use this to keep our prospects and clients informed of changes, or additional services or industry related articles which you may find interesting, and which may be relevant to the services we are currently delivering or rolling out in the future. Also,  you can opt out at any point in the future quickly and easily by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of our emails or replying with the title unsubscribe to our email address:  [email protected] 

Zoho Survey is for feedback and suggestions, following delivery of training and or Customisation. We may also use this to gather opinions from our prospects/clients on related areas.

Zoho Sign – Electronic signatures for authorisation

GoToTraining – We use this Training platform, whom have their own privacy policy which is available on registration to any of our Training sessions for which you can unsubscribe at any time. You will only receive related confirmation, joining instructions, reminders and CPD Certificates on registration for Training session/s.

Stripe – We use this platform for collection of payments for courses and services for which they issue their privacy policy – you will only receive related communications such as receipts following payment for Training

Go Cardless – We  may use this platform to manage regular monthly collections for payments for courses and services and you may receive receipts following collections – for which they issue their privacy policy

This will include contact details including Name, address, email address, job title. We take this for the necessary stakeholders within the Company connected to the services we offer or are working on, to ensure we interact with the right persons within the Organisation.

With your permission, we may also record additional information which is relevant to either give advice/ share our experiences, or deliver our services, which may include information for example, such as “the name of existing systems” you may be using for integration purposes, or training already undertaken, when, and the subjects covered. Where applicable, we record the specification and requirements for customisation/and or training.

We do not hold any bank details, and we will not collect any unrelated information which is not necessary to deliver our services adequately. We do not store credit card details nor do we share financial details with any 3rd parties.
