We aim to keep our pricing structure as simple and transparent as possible. It will of course depend on your needs and factors including which System we are Customising and/or Training on and the nature of your project simplicity or complexity.
Our Clients have told us that our charges are fair and reasonable and provide quality service and value.
On request of your specific Training requirement, we will confirm the costs per hour or day rate, or per assignment. A signed Engagement (Order Form) is required for Onsite Training and project work, along with a deposit to secure your booking and any preparation work as outlined in our terms and conditions section 5.
Unlike some suppliers, we do not charge the full amount up front for Onsite Training or larger engagements, and the balance for onsite and or project work is payable normally within 14 days after delivery. We can also arrange milestone payments if required.
We do charge for our Public Bitesize Training online, on a pay as you go basis, which has proved to be less costly on admin. Based on our Clients experience and feedback they have said is “quick and simple” to view the agendas, costs, to register and join the upcoming sessions.
