My passion is to help Businesses utilise technology – specifically CRM – Customer Relationship Management Systems, to manage the end to end business process more efficiently within one central place.
I enjoy helping our Clients convert pipelines quicker into business and managing the service delivery to existing Clients more efficiently.
With over 15 years experience of technology implementation and Training, I am passionate about working with Clients to deliver bespoke IT (Interactive Training) courses designed around the required business process, which we have customised within the CRM, embedding agreed protocols and best practices. Engaging users in this design, ensures user adoption, applying the skills delegates can use in the “real world”.
Together with my husband, I am a Birmingham City season ticket holder, and a member of Warwickshire County Cricket. I enjoy walking, being outdoors even locally, and the countryside. I love nature and more recently photography. I enjoy music and listen to a varied mix, particularly if I do have to stay in doors.
After working 37 years for HSBC Bank I took early retirement to help Eileen to set up her Business in 2010, and run the Administration and Operations. Along with my banking experience, I am also responsible for looking after the Finances.
Now that we have an extended Administration team, I can spend a little more time to enjoy playing Golf and watching Cricket.
I enjoy sports, being an active member of Hollywood Golf Club, a season ticket holder at Birmingham City football club and Warwickshire county cricket club.
We are so proud to have a great Administration support team – Jane and Anna.
Jane has been part of the Informed Training team for 2 years and ensures that all the preparation for pre and post Training administration is completed to ensure the Client has as great an experience as possible.
Jane supports Eileen to create and evolve courses, publish and deliver varied and high quality Training programmes – for public and private bespoke sessions – both onsite and online.
A massive part of Jane’s role (in fact the whole team) is to keep all of our CRM data up to date, something we are very passionate about and is crucial for the business to operate effectively. This also includes our Clients Training records so they can claim their structured CPD. Jane works with various suppliers and partners and also helps in many other areas which we are truly thankful for.
Jane enjoys the countryside and lots of walking with her family and dogs.
Anna has recently joined the team and will take on the role of additional support to assist Jane. We will also be utilising her skills in other areas to help support the whole team and our partners with other areas of the business.
We welcome Anna and we all very much look forward to continuing to work with our existing Clients and additionally welcoming new Clients also.
